Waist Measure for Men Measure around where you normally wear your pants. You may measure over a shirt, but do not measure over slacks, pants or belts. Sleeve Measure for Men This measure requires assistance. With your forearm parallel to your chest,have someone measure from the center of the back of your neck, across your shoulder, around your elbow to your wrist bone. If no assistance is available, take a well-fitting shirt, lay it on a flat surface. Fold the sleeve at the elbow and measure as above to the end of the cuff. Back to Top |

Men's Inseam This measure requires someone do this for you. Stand with legs slightly apart. The measure should be from your crotch to where you want the cuffs to end. Alternately, if no help is available, take a pair of well-fitting pants and lay them out on a flat surface. Smooth out all wrinkles and creases. Measure from the crotch to the bottom edge of the cuff of the leg. Back to Top |
