It is easy to rent from us. Orders may be placed by email or
you can contact us at 817-838-7126. Please include the name of
the costume and a brief description of the costume you are requesting. Orders
placed by email must include a daytime phone number to confirm the
order, as well as to determine the desired payment method. We
accept Visa, MasterCard, certified checks, and money orders, or pay
online using Paypal. No C.O.D. orders will be shipped without
prior arrangements. We monitor the site regularly and will respond
promptly to meet your costume needs. We can custom make most
any costume, if you don't see what you need, just ask and we will be
glad to assist you in any way we can.
Shipping
fees will be calculated using the recipients address and will be added
to your invoice total. There will be a $4.50 handling fee per
box and .50 per additional
item added to the actual shipping costs. If you wish to make
other shipping arrangements please call (817) 838-7126.
The
rental contract is for 14 days from the day we invoice. We will
invoice the day we ship. Please see the accompanying paperwork
with your order to insure prompt return. Any costume not returned
on or by the contracted return date will be billed additional rental
fees. Rental costumes with a sale price exceeding $100.00 will
be billed for the sale price of the costume, after the costume is returned
the difference between the sale price and the rental price will be
refunded. If the costume is returned late, the difference after
a second rental fee is deducted will be refunded. Please notify
us if you wish to keep the costume, so additional rental fees will
not be applied.
